My Battle With Anxiety

Sometimes hitting rock bottom is the best thing that will ever happen to you. This is when you’re willing to try anything to get better. If you can manage to turn obstacles into opportunities, then your possibilities will be endless. This is what led me to live the awesome life that I live today! 

I struggled with anxiety for a majority of my youth and well into my 20’s. I was infused with fear, sadness, and anger starting at a very young age. It wasn’t til I hit rock bottom at 27 years old that I decided enough is enough. I was going to do everything possible to balance out my bossy brain.

Since then, I’ve accumulated an abundance of knowledge regarding mental health, the brain-body connection, and optimal nutrition plans for a healthy functioning brain. I’ve been ANXIETY FREE for over 10 years now and I AM THE HAPPIEST I’VE EVER BEEN! My anxiety enabled me to lead a healthier life that gave me a BURNING DESIRE to seek and embody wellness.
